- Be yourself. Answer as you are at work today, in your current role. Don't answer as a new hire, or as the person you think you should be.
- Trust your first instinct. Don't overthink it. Most people take about 20 seconds per decision.
- No right or wrong answers. Every option is a good one, and every DISC style has real strengths.
- Pick two each time. First, what you'd most likely do. Then, what you'd least likely do.
- Use it to grow. Your result is for self-development and team learning, not for hiring decisions.
The dashed line is the midpoint. Styles to the right of it come more naturally to you.
We couldn't save your result. Your network may be blocking it, which is common on company Wi-Fi. Switch to mobile data, then tap Retry.

ABOUT THIS FREE DISC ASSESSMENT
What is DISC?
DISC describes four behavioural styles at work: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. It grew from William Marston's 1928 theory and maps onto two well-researched dimensions of interpersonal behaviour: how assertive you are, and whether you focus more on people or on tasks.
How does this assessment work?
You play through 10 everyday workplace scenes. In each decision you choose what you would most likely and least likely do. Your choices add up to a profile across all four styles, and your strongest style (or blend of two) becomes your result.
Is it really free?
Yes. Your result appears on screen straight away, and you can get a free PDF by email if you want one. A more detailed full report is available separately.
